In this study using an associative approach that looks for the relationship between leadership and motivation on the performance of employees with the object of research are permanent employees at PT Harian Waspada Medan. Testing is done by Multiple Regression by passing the classic assumption test first, then testing the hypothesis partially with t test and simultaneous with Test f. Then look for the coefficient of determination to see how much the percentage of the variance in the independent variable affects the dependent variable. 摘要
