The novelty of this scheme is in building into the transmitted symbol frame a unique circular structure so that (i) the inter-symbol-interference (ISI) effects could be mitigated using the algebraic processing and (ii) superior performance in the detection of the proposed signaling frame could be achieved. The new and low complexity transceiver is based on cyclic group codes and a non-coherent reception.
