摘要

制备电子直线加速器腔体的方法有很多种。在本研究中选择了两种方法:一种是可分离部件(分离环和盘),另一种是平行盘和圆柱(集成)。谐振腔的谐振频率和各频率的质量因子是影响谐振腔性能的两个重要参数。采用网络分析仪和HFSS仿真器两种方法对空腔的测量参数进行了比较。两种结构的实际测量和仿真结果都表明,集成方法更适合于实现空腔
