摘要

摘要本文利用遗传算法对齿轮传动的几何形状进行优化,研究齿轮传动的质量改进问题。优化方法的重点是提高泵的生产率和效率,减小泵的脉动。在数学模型上对最佳结果进行了测试,并利用PTC Creo软件进行了三维自动建模。结果表明,该解决方案可有效地改善泵的参数,特别是降低流量脉动。
