This research was conducted on farmer’s land in Dusun Beringin Makmur I, Kecamatan Rawas Ilir, South Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra, from October to December 2020. This study used an experimental method with a split plot design consisting of 9 treatment combinations and 3 replications. The first factor (Main-plot) of variety (V), namely V1 = Talenta; V2 = Bonaza; V3 = Master Sweet, while the second factor (Sub-plot) is mycorrhiza fertilizer (M), namely M0 = without mycorrhiza fertilizer; M1 = 30 g per plant; M2 = 40 g per plant. Observational in this study included the cob of lenght (cm), cob of diameters (cm), cob of weight per plant (g) and cob of weight per plot (kg). 摘要
本研究旨在确定菌根肥的最佳品种和用量对甜玉米产量的影响。本研究于2020年10月至12月在南苏门答腊岛南Musi Rawas reggency Kecamatan Rawas Ilir的Dusun Beringin Makmur I的农民土地上进行。本研究采用裂图设计的实验方法,9个处理组合,3个重复。品种(V)的第一因子(Main-plot),即V1 = Talenta;V2 = Bonaza;V3 =主甜,第二个因子(子图)为菌根肥(M),即M0 =不施菌根肥;M1 = 30g /株;M2 = 40g /株。本研究的观察指标包括:芯长(cm)、芯直径(cm)、单株芯重(g)和块重(kg)。结果表明,富矿品种的甜玉米产量最高,每株菌根肥40 g的甜玉米产量最高,单株菌根肥40 g的甜玉米产量最高,为4.22 kg /块,折合16.88 t hm -1。
