The uncertain neutral delay system includes norm bounded uncertain system parameters and unknown constant delay. The paper uses uncertain neutral systems with structural features, and constructs appropriate Lyapunov function to obtain feedback control law. Compared with the previous methods for solving the Riccati equation, this method overcomes the shortcoming of Riccati equation emphasizing the center solution.
