摘要

为了避免规划医院违反现行规定,本研究设计了一套既能保持原有的调度模式又符合规定的人事管理系统。本研究利用二维码技术读取速度快、成本低的特点取代纸质时钟,采用系统打卡考勤记录作为员工考勤考核的依据,减少人工录入错误,降低人工考勤审核不准确的质量。本系统具有以下两个功能:1.系统功能。排班提醒输入异常。2. 自动计算员工出勤时间。该系统除了可以减少员工考勤工时的人工输入错误外,还可以提高管理效率,取代人工任务,实现自动化。
