As a contribution to these activities, this paper makes an attempt to evaluate results in virtual classroom processes during the past decade in order to outline a concept for next future research. The authors cite and consider new demands and trends in problem solving centered higher education for engineering. This paper starts with discussion on higher education processes as they are connected with human, knowledge, and software environment. Following this changed concepts and relevant new and implemented methods are introduced.
