However, the exploration and practice of integrated energy system services in China is still in its infancy, and a mature and systematic integrated energy system business model has not yet been established. It is not conducive to the large-scale promotion and development of integrated energy system services. Based on the business canvas theory, this paper firstly considered the behavioral characteristics, value demands, interaction mechanism and industry chain positioning of the integrated energy system, and constructed a three-dimensional business model suitable for the current integrated energy system services from nine aspects, including customer segmentation, value proposition and channel access. Secondly, this paper adopted grounded analysis theory to study the evolutionary iterative path of integrated energy system business model, and summarized the phased iterative evolution strategy of integrated energy system through grounded analysis method.
