Composition, thermoelectric properties and the microstructure were investigated. The results indicate that Ni<sub>x</sub>Co<sub>4-x</sub>Sb<sub>12</sub> (x = 0.02~0.1) fabricated by ultra high pressure sintering has good thermoelectric properties. Low temperature heat treatment leads to a decrease of the electric conductivity and Seebeck coefficient. Thermoelectric Properties of NixCo4-xSb12 Fabricated by Ultra High Pressure Method
