摘要

随着双碳目标的正式提出,可再生能源在系统中的接入比例将进一步提高,传统的分区策略将不再适用。本文提出了一种考虑系统网络拓扑结构和不同可再生能源产出情景下的区位边际价格的电力市场分区策略,并采用频谱聚类算法对节点进行分区。基于IEEE-39系统和省电网244个节点的数值算例验证了该方法的有效性,划分结果能正确反映电力市场价格。

Research on Partitioning Strategy Based on Locational Marginal Price with High Proportion of Renewable Energy
