Based on the pervasive RFID tags, architecture of SOA-oriented RFID network is presented, We point out its potential application area such as in airport. Moreover, the design concepts, detail illustration of the components especially the location tracking Web service (LTWS) in the proposed framework are described and advantages of the whole framework are summarized.
