There will be significant differences in travel time reliability due to the effect of traffic congestion. As an important index of transport evaluation, accessibility is also affected by the reliability of travel time. In this paper, we proposed an improved cumulative opportunity model to measure spatial accessibility considering travel time reliability. Area in the fifth Ring road of Beijing is selected as the study area, and trajectory data are used to study the influence of different reliability on the spatial-temporal characteristics of medical accessibility, as well as the effect on equity. The results show that with the increase of reliability constraint, medical accessibility decreases gradually, and the change of accessibility accelerates.
