摘要

本文介绍了三相变压器铁心t形接头的新型六角形结构的研究结果。并与目前许多变压器生产厂家普遍采用的t形接头设计进行了对比。分析了额定1000kVA变压器的两种t型接头设计的磁通密度分布和铁芯损耗。利用ANSYS-Maxwell软件进行了三维仿真。结果表明:与对接t型接头相比,六角形t型接头的磁通密度分布良好;所提出的模型(六边形)t型接头的核心损失表明,与对接-搭接t型接头设计相比,减少了11%以上。
