摘要

为了分析热轧带材的轧制过程,采用有限元方法对带材卷取过程中卷取机的膨胀模型进行了数值模拟。在热轧带材卷取规程条件的基础上,研究了不同卷取层数、最小层数和安全层数下,卷取过程中沿卷取机最内层板条节点位移变化规律,当卷取带材卷取环数为2层或3层时,其头部位移较大,当卷取环数为4层或5层时,其位移接近于一个常数值。研究结果为现场工程技术人员在卷取机展开前构成最小层,提高卷取速度提供了参考价值。
