This paper proposes the virtual rebuilding of manufacturing process based on virtual and reality technologies, analyses its status quo at home and abroad, and introduces its key technologies and algorithms, including the simulation object modeling, virtual scene production, human-computer interaction, production process simulation and the simulation result assessment.
