The survey design approach was adopted for this study. The population of the study comprised of all the secondary school principals, numbering 259 in the six education zones of Anambra State. Through random sampling, 137 were selected from four education zones for the research work. A questionnaire was the instrument used for data collection. Two research questions and a null hypothesis were formulated for the research work. Cronbach alpha statistical analysis was employed with a positive result of 0.72. The research questions were answered using frequency tables and percentages and the null hypothesis was tested using chi-square (x2). The results showed that teachers supplied to secondary school in Anambra State were insufficient and were far below the number demanded.
