The number of 5 S rRNA and tRNA genes in the macromolecular DNA has been established. Furthermore no sequence homology is observed for these genes. The number of both types of genes does not change significantly under starvation conditions. The genomic organization of the 5 S rRNA and tRNA genes has been investigated. 摘要
在本通讯的5 S rRNA基因和tRNA基因的表征四膜虫梨状体已经完成。大分子DNA中5个S rRNA和tRNA基因的数量已经确定。此外,这些基因没有序列同源性。在饥饿条件下,这两种基因的数量没有显著变化。研究了5s rRNA和tRNA基因的基因组组织。从体内复制研究可以得出结论,5s rRNA和tRNA基因的复制发生在整个S期。
