摘要

研究了直流-直流电源变换器的辐照响应。在试验过程中,DC-DC功率变换器的输入电流和输出电压等特性参数在空载时增长缓慢,且DC-DC功率变换器不稳定,且满载时其特性参数受总剂量影响较大。分析表明,DC-DC变换器的失效是由于电压过大功率导致VDMOSFET源极和漏极熔接在一起造成的。
