This paper discusses the main noise of MCP describes the principle of phones scatter and electron scatter, deduce the mathematics model of funnel shaped MCP, and presents the method which enlarges the micro-channel plate surface to increase the ratio of hatch area, reduce the scatter noise and improve the resolution of MCP.
