Correct time and frequency synchronization are important for the performance of receiving terminal supporting this standard. In this paper, some fundamental contents of this standard are introduced and two new synchronization algorithms suitable for multi-carrier mode and single carrier mode respectively are proposed. Besides, we analyze the key points of synchronization design and compare the performance of these two algorithms by simulation.
