Leading risk factors for premature death include physically inactivity, obesity, hypertension and smoking. Health related physical fitness (Hr-Pf) is the way to prevent these comorbidities, consist of cardiorespiratory endurance, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. The principle of maintaining HrPf are maintaining homeostasis state, stabilizing the body system during changes, strengthening body system to bear the allostatic load and achieving the better homeostasis state.
