摘要

本文提出了一种新的基于视频的城市道路交叉口车辆“尾门”行为检测算法框架。在道路交通法规对违规停车行为定义的基础上,提出了实时视频分析中的红绿灯信号监控、车辆跟踪和道路拥堵检测算法。车辆行驶轨迹、车速、交通状态等测量参数用于交通违规行为识别。该算法和系统应用于中国上海华山/泰安路交叉口,在交通暴力检测中准确率达到90%。
