本文论述了小学生有效教育的主要资源,即:积极的教学方法、积极的教师人格特征、积极的学生人格特征、积极的认知活动、良好的课堂心理氛围;实践证明,积极的教学方法可以实现小学生的认知活动、良好的课堂心理氛围、教师和学生积极的人格特征等资源;阐述了积极分组教学的主要方法;以俄罗斯优秀小学教师的积极教学方法为例。
