A research method based on PEST Analysis, SHERPA (Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction Approach) and FEMA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is proposed. First, this research combines PEST analysis to analyze the architecture and interaction model of the WITMED for the elderly in the post-epidemic era, and then explores the interaction design under the system through SHERPA and FEMA, and finds out potential failure modes in the existing interaction design. The Risk Priority Number (RPN) is calculated to explore the interaction design under the system. According to the failure mode, the interaction design is optimized, and the optimized design is finally verified. Finally, the functional architecture and interactive model system of WITMED for the elderly were constructed, and through the error analysis of the task, problems were found and targeted improvements were made. 摘要
