According to World Health Organization (2018), Nurses and Midwives account for nearly 50% of the global health workforce. Nurses are on the “front lines” of healthcare as they play a critical role in disease prevention and health promotion and are a key factor in the achievement of universal health coverage. Over the years, the healthcare system has witnessed drastic and dramatic changes and so has the field of Nursing.
