The research method used is a quantitative approach with causal research. The research population is 96 teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri, Jagakarsa Subdistrict, South Jakarta City. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling technique so that the sample number of 96 teachers. Research data is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Quantitative data analysis methods use multiple linear regression methods. The analysis tool used is SPSS version 26.0. The results of the F test showed that competence, communication, creativity and work environment had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. The results of the t test on each variable showed that competence had no effect on teacher performance, communication had a significant and positive effect on teacher performance, creativity had a significant and positive effect on teacher performance and the work environment had no effect on teacher performance. 摘要

本研究的目的是找出影响2019冠状病毒病时期教师绩效的因素(案例研究Madrasah Ibtidaiyah South Jakarta)。使用的研究方法是定量的因果研究方法。研究对象为南雅加达市Jagakarsa街道Ibtidaiyah Negeri Madrasah的96名教师。抽样技术采用非概率抽样和饱和抽样技术,样本数为96名教师。研究数据是通过发放调查问卷获得的原始数据。定量数据分析方法采用多元线性回归方法。分析工具为SPSS 26.0。F检验结果显示胜任力、沟通能力、创造力和工作环境对教师绩效有显著的正向影响。各变量的t检验结果显示,能力对教师绩效没有影响,沟通对教师绩效有显著的正向影响,创造力对教师绩效有显著的正向影响,工作环境对教师绩效没有影响。根据分析结果,在实施学习过程中,通过改进创造性的创造过程,可以最大限度地提高教师在covid - 19时代的绩效。
