This paper proposes a joint distributionally robust planning model of the distribution network and multi resources. Firstly, flexibility evaluation indexes are established based on the relationship of flexibility supply and demand. Then a two-stage planning model is constructed both considering economy and flexibility, typical scenarios are generated from historical data and an ambiguity set based on mixed norm constraints is used to characterize the uncertainty of the probability distribution of the scenarios to drive the model solution. 摘要

在大量需求侧资源(DSR)接入配电网的今天,给配电网规划(DNP)带来了机遇和挑战,如何协调各种资源的规划和利用,提高系统运行的灵活性已成为亟待解决的问题。提出了一种配电网和多资源的联合分布鲁棒规划模型。首先,根据柔性供需关系建立柔性评价指标;然后构建兼顾经济性和灵活性的两阶段规划模型,从历史数据中生成典型场景,利用基于混合范数约束的模糊集表征场景概率分布的不确定性,驱动模型求解;通过仿真验证了该模型和方法在经济性、灵活性、平衡稳健性和经济性等方面的优势。
