This has hampered many organizations in carrying out their work programs. This research was conducted to determine the obstacles that occur in organizational communication at HIMAIKOM FISIP UPN Veteran Jakarta during the Distance Learning period using Wursanto's concept of organizational communication barriers, namely; technical barriers, semantic barriers, behavioral barriers, structural barriers, distance barriers, and background barriers. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach and uses primary and secondary data sources. The data collection technique was carried out by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in which the informants were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were then analyzed through four stages of data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the six organizational communication barriers in HIMAIKOM are found according to the types of organizational communication barriers according to Wursanto. 摘要

新冠肺炎疫情迫使所有讲座活动在线进行,包括组织活动。这阻碍了许多组织执行其工作方案。本研究采用Wursanto的组织沟通障碍概念,以确定远程学习期间HIMAIKOM FISIP UPN Veteran Jakarta的组织沟通障碍,即;技术障碍、语义障碍、行为障碍、结构障碍、距离障碍和背景障碍。使用的研究方法是定性的案例研究方法,并使用第一手和二手数据来源。数据收集采用焦点小组讨论(Focus Group Discussion, FGD)的方式,通过有目的抽样的方法选择调查对象。然后对获得的数据进行分析,通过数据分析的四个阶段,即数据收集、数据还原、数据呈现和得出结论。本研究结果表明,根据Wursanto的组织沟通障碍类型,发现了HIMAIKOM的六种组织沟通障碍。此外,还有两个新发现也是阻碍组织沟通的因素,即性别差异和成员之间的亲密程度。
