Against the above background, this article focuses on the current status of the renewable energy power generation operation of the Hunan Power Grid, and sorts out the key technical reasons that affect the accommodation of renewable energy. This paper also conducts sensitivity analysis of key influencing factors to quantify the effect of key influencing factors on renewable energy accommodation. Studies have shown that energy storage instead of conventional thermal power can solve problems such as insufficient peak shaving capacity of the power grid and difficulty in absorbing renewable energy. 摘要

到2020年底,湖南电网可再生能源装机容量接近1060万千瓦,占全省总装机容量的19%。是湖南电网的第三大电源。由于受可再生能源抗峰特性、电力负荷峰谷差大、汛期大量水电缺乏可调性等限制,可再生能源调节的矛盾逐渐凸显。到“十四五”末,可再生能源装机容量将进一步翻番,超过水电成为全省第二大电力来源。住宿情况尚不清楚,迫切需要相关研究。在上述背景下,本文重点分析了湖南电网可再生能源发电运行现状,并对影响可再生能源适配的关键技术原因进行了梳理。并对关键影响因素进行敏感性分析,量化关键影响因素对可再生能源调节的影响。研究表明,储能替代传统火电可以解决电网调峰能力不足、可再生能源难以吸收等问题。这对实现碳峰达标目标,保障全省能源电力安全具有重要意义。
