Therefore, how to optimize the emergency maintenance decision for concurrent failures of the road network under the condition of limited emergency maintenance resources has become an important issue that needs to be considered. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a genetic algorithm-based regional rail transit emergency maintenance decision-making optimization method, and establishes a maintenance decision-making optimization mathematical model with the lowest overall transport capacity risk of the road network as the optimization goal. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization mathematical model, and the verification based on simulation example is carried out in conjunction with the rail transit network in the Chengdu-Chongqing area. 摘要

区域轨道交通是为适应城市群经济一体化的需要而形成的具有多种标准的综合性轨道交通体系。多种标准的结合使得道路网络规模更大、更复杂,其安全保障和应急维护面临更大的挑战。一方面,多个故障/事故同时发生的可能性及其对路网的整体影响增加;另一方面,应急维护资源不能无限投入,需要合理配置。因此,在应急养护资源有限的情况下,如何优化路网并发故障的应急养护决策成为需要考虑的重要问题。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种基于遗传算法的区域轨道交通应急维修决策优化方法,建立了以路网整体运力风险最低为优化目标的维修决策优化数学模型。采用遗传算法对优化数学模型进行求解,并结合成渝地区轨道交通网络进行了基于仿真算例的验证。验证结果表明,与常用的最短路径救援资源调度方法相比,该方法可将路网运输能力风险降低约10.37%。
