A  closed-ended  questionnaire  was  used  as  research  instrument using 5-points Likert scale.  Organizational Culture was measured using Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) and knowledge management was measured by means of the Knowledge Management Assessment Instrument (KMAI) built on the theoretical model of the Competing Value Framework (CVF). From this study of organizational culture towards knowledge management,  all  outcomes  show  that  supportive  culture  has  significant  impact  on  knowledge management in organizations. In this regard employees trust has also found significant in mediating the association among organizational culture and knowledge management. Organizations should create the atmosphere of trust and learning which facilitates the knowledge management process. 摘要

本研究旨在研究组织文化对巴基斯坦私立大学知识管理实践的影响,并探讨信任在组织文化与知识管理之间的中介作用。本研究为解释性研究,遵循定量设计。采用封闭式问卷作为研究工具,采用李克特5分量表。采用组织文化评估工具(OCAI)测量组织文化,采用基于竞争价值框架(CVF)理论模型的知识管理评估工具(KMAI)测量知识管理。从组织文化对知识管理的研究来看,所有的结果都表明支持性文化对组织的知识管理有显著的影响。在这方面,员工信任在组织文化和知识管理之间的中介作用也显著。组织应该创造信任和学习的氛围,促进知识管理过程。大学管理应重视员工管理关系和技术升级,在文献中发现它们是员工关注的少数信任形式。
