The irrelevance of CSR in solving social problems of Ukrainian society and increasing the efficiency of its economic sphere has been determined. The factors inhibiting the implementation of CSR in the economic activity of business structures have been clarified. It was noted that an accelerated transition from the market model of CSR to the model of CSR based on \"common values\" is possible. It is shown that the joint (community) model of CSR is based on the establishment of mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships with internal and external circles of stakeholders. The social and economic significance for companies of expanding the circle of interested subjects was revealed.
