Blood samples were drawn from the jugular vein and subjected to blood biochemistry measurements using commercial kits. The results showed that serum concentrations of TP, globulin, AST and Ca of aceh cattle were significantly (P0.05) higher in age group 4-6 years old, while ALP activity was significantly (P0.05) higher in age group 2-4 years old. 摘要

本研究旨在分析年龄对亚齐牛总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白/球蛋白比(A/G)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、γ -谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素氮(BUN)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)和镁(Mg)生化指标的影响。有意选择16头临床健康2-4岁的亚齐牛和16头4-6岁的亚齐牛进行研究。从颈静脉抽取血液样本,并使用商业试剂盒进行血液生化测量。结果表明:4 ~ 6岁年龄组aceh牛血清TP、球蛋白、AST和Ca浓度显著(P0.05)升高,2 ~ 4岁年龄组ALP活性显著(P0.05)升高。总之,在解释亚齐牛的血液生化特征时,年龄必须被考虑为一个因素。
