摘要

本研究描述了一种基于伊斯兰教法的屠宰家禽鉴别方法。这是通过评估肉的颜色来确定家禽是按照伊斯兰教的方式屠宰还是相反。首先,在控制光照和摄像机定位的情况下,确定代表禽类胸肉的强度颜色等级;其次,利用LUV色彩空间基于均值移位法确定像素的色调;初步结果表明,基于均值偏移分割的方法证明,与非清真肉相比,清真肉图像具有极高的U分量值。因此,所提出的方法能够识别使用伊斯兰法或其他方法屠宰的家禽。
