There were 45 cases for the experimental group and the control group respectively. The students in the experimental group self-directed and acted according to the medical conflict cases, experiencing the situation, and discussing the cause of the accident or dispute, and were consulted by the experts of the medical department. The control group directly studied the case text material. 摘要

目的探讨“案例体验”模式在提高医学研究生适应能力和沟通能力中的应用效果。方法选择2018年4月至9月在我院外科系统实习的90名专业研究生为研究对象。实验组和对照组各45例。实验组学生根据医疗冲突案例进行自我指导和行动,亲历现场情况,讨论事故或纠纷的原因,并听取医学部专家的意见。对照组直接学习病例文本材料。采用问卷调查的方式对两组学生的教学效果进行分析比较。结果实验组学生处理物理治疗冲突的方式与对照组相比,运动克制[15.6%(7/45)vs 48.9%(22/45)]、寻求帮助[77.8%(35/45)vs 24.4%(11/45)]、面对面[6.7%(3/45)vs 26.7%(12/45)]、(P=0.024)、84.4%(38/45)实验组学生得到更合理的治疗。结论“案例体验”模式能让学生更直观地了解医疗事故或纠纷发生的原因,学习处理纠纷的方法和技巧,提高医学研究生处理冲突和沟通的能力。关键词:案例体验教学;临床医学专业;研究生;沟通技巧
