This paper proposes a frequency reuse plan for TCCS. This scheme divides the whole spectrum into two parts, and each is used by the uni-covered region (UCR) and the cross-covered region (CCR) of TCCS respectively. The frequency reuse scheme is adopted in UCR, while macro-diversity strategy is used in CCR. Then the ergodic capacity of TCCS based on this frequency reuse plan in multi-cell environment is investigated. Per-antenna maximum transmit power constraint is presumed in power allocation.
