Hasil penelitian secara komparatif menunjukan ada perbedaan yang sangat signifikan hasil belajar IPA anatara model pembelajaran Inquiry dan model pembelajaran langsung ditinjau dari keterampilan bertanya siswa dengan F hitung = 17,257 dan p = 0,000. Rerata hasil belajar IPA dan keterampilan bertanya dengan pembelajaran Inquiry lebih tinggi dari model pembelajaran langsung, maka ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Inquiry terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VII ditinjau dari keterampilan bertanya siswa. Abstract This research aims to discover the influence of learning inquiry to the learning outcomes of science student of the seventh grade of SMP Negeri 2 Imogiri in terms of their questioning skill, in the academic year of 2017/2018. The type of this research is a quasi - experiment. The technique to collecting data is using test and questionnaire s . The technique of the data analysis is using anacova . The test of analysis prerequisite is using the test of normality, homogeneity, and linearity. The outcomes of the research comparatively demonstrates that there is a significant difference of  learning outcomes of natural science (IPA) between inquiry learning model and direct learning model observed by student’s questioning skill with F = 17,257 and P = 0,00 . 摘要
