Change becomes an inevitable strategy for every organization. Technology is inseparable in formulating organizational change strategies if you want to continue to survive and adapt. This study aims to provide an overview of the state of research development regarding the concept of technological change in organizations comprehensively using bibiliometric methods using quantitative methods with a bibliometric analysis approach which aims to provide mapping results regarding the role of technology in organizational change using the Scopus database as a data source. The results of the study stated that the concept of the role of technology in organizational change has been carried out since 1980 and continued to increase until 2001. Since 2001 the number of publications has been ups and downs and reached its highest point in 2021 with a total of 46 studies. Then there are 69 topics that have been linked to the concept of the role of technology in organizational change which is divided into 10 clusters.
