Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire. The correlation and the hypothesis were tested using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS 2.0). 摘要

研究目的-本研究的目的是了解工作环境对尼日利亚一所大学非学术人员员工敬业度的影响。本文运用社会交换理论(SET)构建研究框架。方法-共有150名来自l大学的非学术人员参与了这项研究,回应率为63.3%。数据通过自行填写的问卷收集。使用社会科学统计软件包(SPSS 2.0)对相关性和假设进行检验。变量的Cronbach’s Alpha值在0.724 ~ 0.804之间,表明本研究仪器具有很好的可靠性。研究结果-研究结果表明工作环境和员工敬业度之间存在适度关系,假设不被支持。实际意义-这项研究将为管理人员和大学员工提供方向,使他们积极关注提供一个健康舒适的工作环境,从而提高参与度,从而以各种方式提高大学员工和大学管理人员的绩效。
