摘要

本研究的目的是研究和发展学前教育机构未来教师英语专业指导培训的方法。作为一种激发英语教学内在动机的方法,采用专业导向的方法,研究和开发项目,选择与学生讨论的主题。通过观察学生在项目实施过程中的工作情况、对学生的访谈以及最终的问卷调查结果表明,实施专业导向的研究项目有助于提高学生的英语学习动机。关键词:英语语言,专业教育,儿童机构教育工作者
