摘要

“双碳”目标的提出,使得可再生能源在电力系统中的渗透率不断提高。为了适应丰富的可再生能源,混合储能技术得到了迅速发展。可再生能源系统的可靠性评估对于评估系统是否能够很好地应对不确定的可再生能源输出具有重要意义。然而,目前的研究没有很好地考虑源、网、负荷等柔性资源在可靠性评估中的作用,导致评估结果不准确。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种结合源、网、负荷柔性资源的混合储能可靠性评估模型。实例分析结果表明,考虑柔性资源,可以大大提高电力系统的可靠性。
