The circuit was fabricated on a microstrip substrate with a dielectric constant epsivr =4.7, tan sigma =0.019 and thickness =1.6 mm. 本课题描述了2times2阵列天线馈电网络的设计、制作和测试。本馈电网络设计采用微波办公软件2004,采用威尔金森功率分配器进行设计。电路制作在介电常数epsivr =4.7, tan sigma =0.019,厚度为1.6 mm的微带衬底上。所开发的项目可支持IMT(国际移动通信)2000频段,该频段工作频率为1.8 GHz至2.2 GHz,移动站发射,适用于许多微波和毫米波系统和设备,如天馈器,功率放大器等。
