Materials\nused for the test: Portland cement CEM I 42.5 R, finely crushed glass (particle size ≤75 µm), and water. Seven\ncompositions of cement paste mixes with different amounts of crushed glass (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%)\nadded by weight of cement were designed. Compressive strength, density and ultrasonic pulse velocity of modified\nhardened cement paste with different content of crushed glass were measured in the tests. The test results revealed the\nincrease of density, ultrasonic pulse velocity and compressive strength in specimens of hardened cement paste\ncontaining 5% and higher percentage of crushed glass after 7, 28 and 56 days of hardening. Microstructure tests revealed\nthat crushed glass had an effect on the microstructure of hardened cement paste after 7 days of curing. X-ray analysis\nrevealed the effect of crushed glass on the physical composition of hardened cement paste hydration products. 摘要
分析了玻璃细碎对硬化水泥浆体性能的影响。试验材料:硅酸盐水泥CEM I 42.5 R,细碎玻璃(粒径≤75µm),水。设计了按水泥重量计不同玻璃碎掺量(0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%)的7种水泥浆体掺量。试验测量了不同碎玻璃掺量改性硬化水泥浆体的抗压强度、密度和超声脉冲速度。试验结果表明,玻璃破碎率为5%及以上的水泥膏体在硬化7天、28天和56天后,其密度、超声脉冲速度和抗压强度均有所提高。微观结构试验表明,玻璃破碎对固化7天后硬化水泥浆体的微观结构有影响。x射线分析揭示了破碎玻璃对硬化水泥浆水化产物物理组成的影响。与未改性的水泥浆相比,含有水泥重量5%的碎玻璃的硬化水泥浆具有更高的强度和密度。
