Audit Proses Komunikasi dalam Rangkaian Beasiswa GenBI di UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur

Education is the most important aspect of a country because the quality of human resources in a country is closely related to and is also influenced by the quality of education so that the education sector needs special attention from both the community, companies and the government. Companies can participate and contribute to improving the quality of education through educational CSR programs. One company that actively contributes to the world of education is Bank Indonesia through the GenBI scholarship program. Until now, GenBI has 10,545 scholarship recipients who are also members of the GenBI community. As an activity that involves many people in its implementation, this scholarship program certainly involves a communication process between the awardee and the person in charge (PIC) appointed by GenBI. This study aims to find out how the communication process is in the activities of GenBI scholarship recipients at UPN "Veteran" East Java.
