Cost Model and Algorithm Analysis of Food Emergency Logistics Distribution
Large public emergencies, such as SARS crisis and natural disasters (such as the snow disaster at the beginning of 2008), caused a large number of people to be stranded and blocked, which had a huge impact on the overall production of our society and people's lives. It is the most important to ensure human life safety in public emergencies, and food supply is an important material basis to ensure human life safety. Therefore, food emergency logistics is the top priority of the whole emergency logistics activities. However, food emergency logistics has not been paid enough attention in both theoretical research and practical operation, which has the characteristics of no cost and low operation efficiency. Food emergency logistics distribution system is a complex system, involving the following factors: the whole supply chain, transportation and storage, processing and packaging of food; The demand for products in different regions (distribution centers) or at different times (consumers) The demand of different consumers for the products and the costs related to these processes; In order to identify all these factors, it is necessary to use a model that can be used to analyze the cost allocation in such cases. In theory, the research results of this paper can provide reference for the cost structure and optimization research of other subsystems in emergency logistics, and provide reference for formulating relevant emergency plans; In practice, it can reduce the cost loss in emergency logistics activities and improve the efficiency of emergency logistics activities. In general, this study has important theoretical value and practical significance.
