摘要

本文对三种dc-dc非隔离降压变换器进行了比较分析。为此,对经典降压变换器、交错降压变换器和三态开关单元(3SSC)降压变换器进行了分析。为了最好地比较这些拓扑结构的性能,在所有测试配置中,开关频率、处理功率、滤波电容前的电流纹波和规格被认为是相等的。实现了1 kW, 200 Vdc / 60 Vdc的模块化原型,只需更改磁性组件即可轻松配置所有拓扑结构。从实验结果来看,所研究的变换器都存在一定的电流不平衡,这在基于3SSC的变换器中是不太严重的。
