摘要

在个人医疗信息系统中,出于安全考虑,需要对医疗图像进行加密。直方图均衡化是图像灰度变换的重要应用,广泛应用于图像增强处理。我们的个人医疗信息云平台系统采用在数据库中保存加密的均一直方图图像数据作为安全策略。采用三种对称加密算法对直方图均衡化图像进行测试。实验结果表明,AES加密算法适用于我们的个人医疗信息系统。
