The main reason of wasting time in search of free parking spaces is the lack of information, in particular for open/roadside parking availability. Various ICT-based solutions have been proposed to solve this issue, but still suffering from limited integration among each other and with external online services, such as touristic information services. In this paper, we introduced a new parking system Cloud-interactive (Ci) - Parking. The parking process can be modeled as self machine learning process and the accurate when and what predictions as well as predictions of revenues can be made. Based on the prediction, new business promotion can be made, for example, on-sale prices and new parking fees. In Ci-Parking, new promotions can be published through wireless network.
