There was a significant difference in job satisfaction according to working department and work type, and there was a significant difference according to education level, marital status, department, and type of work. 摘要

本研究以描述性研究的方式,探讨护士职场学习、工作满意度与护理工作绩效的关系。数据收集期为2016年10月,共分析问卷155份。护士的工作场所学习平均为3.97分(6分制),工作满意度平均为2.99分(5分制),护理绩效平均为3.70分(5分制)。工作满意度在工作部门、工作类型上存在显著差异,在教育程度、婚姻状况、部门、工作类型上存在显著差异。本研究结果对于确认护理领域职场学习的影响因素具有重要意义。

The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Workplace Learning on Nursing Performance Among Clinical Nurses
